ART OF CHANGE: HOW IS IT PRACTICED?
The Art of Change is practiced through structured programs designed by Change Experts. These sessions consist of two parts: a short theoretical section that introduces the theme of the session, and a practical section, which is the core of the work.
The practical part includes: breathing, body movements, and deep relaxation.
Change Breath: In the first stage of the practice, a breathing technique is applied to relax the body, release stress, calm the mind, and prepare the body for the practice.
Change Movements: In accordance with the topic of the program, movements selected and sequenced by experts are practiced dynamically.
Relaxation: At the end of the session, a brief relaxation practice helps the body integrate the work. During this time, a positive affirmation is mentally repeated.
WHO CAN PRACTICE THE ART OF CHANGE?
The Art of Change is for everyone. However, only Change Experts can lead the implementation of these programs.
