Art of Peace offers practical principles and methods to cultivate inner stability, reduce reactivity, and develop a responsible relationship with oneself and others. the program

The Art of Peace program is the most needed and most important change program in today’s world. Social peace begins with individual peace. Would you like to be a person of war with destructive emotions, thoughts, and actions such as anger, hatred, and jealousy, or a person of peace with a loving and compassionate, understanding, and constructive character?

Those who want to see, become aware of, and overcome inner conflicts progress step by step on this path through the Art of Peace change program. Reaching a peaceful and happy life is possible by achieving inner peace. Individuals who make an effort by applying this change program to achieve inner peace make a very valuable and unique contribution to social peace.

The program consists of eight sessions and is completed in one month. In each session, there will be an informational part that presents a new perspective on peace, followed by practical application.
