The Art of Freeing from Depression will teach you to define, determine, and overcome depression. Your awareness about the reasons and progress of depression will rise, and depression will not disturb you anymore.





The Aim of the Program

·         To define depression
·         To develop awareness about the causes of depression
·         To learn the tools of liberation from depression and to apply them.
 
The Content of the Program

The program is composed of eight practices and is completed in 1 month. In every practice, a briefing which introduces a new viewpoint of reasons for depression will be given and a practical application will be done afterwards.
 
1st  Practice: Do not kill time so that time will not kill you.
2nd Practice: Increase your excitement.
3rd Practice: Depression is not an illness but an experience.
4th Practice: Stop denigrating.
5th Practice: Do not escape from your depression.
6th Practice: Be understanding and unbiased.
7th Practice: Existence is a game – do not be serious.
8th Practice: Find the humor in life.

The Things You will Gain from the Program

When the program consisting of eight practices is completed:

·         You will have a higher awareness about your depression.
·         Your knowledge about detecting the causes, course, and effects of depression will increase.
